I actually think that it's like social events again. If you're calling for a consult, you're essentially calling and asking somebody to do work for you. But it's somebody asking for your help on a topic that they consider that you have some expertise in and that's like what you should do. And if you know that person already, because you were at a party with them three weeks earlier and you met them there, then it's a lot easier.

Congenital heart defects are the most common birth defect. They occur in almost one in a hundred births. Now not all of those defects are serious enough to require surgery, but at least 40 to 50% are.

My art has always been a way for me to process things, a way for me to explore my experiences in a really tangible way, in a way that just almost felt visceral. I've always used my art as a way to seek joy.
